Jon Theoret (Coach)

Jon has been with the club since 2016, mainly involved with leading recreational classes. He is aspiring to become a competitive coach. Jon loves the atmosphere around this sport, the OBC team and its athletes.

Jon says boxing is a great activity to maintain fitness whether you are a fighter, athlete or just need a workout. His hope is that when people come to his classes, they learn something about boxing as a sport and learn techniques involved.

He wants people to challenge themselves regardless of ability and have fun.
